My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, fabulous, and very spacious, located on the 7th floor. They were not ready upon arrival but were clean and in a great location. The service was the best, with superior customer service skills, being accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The location truly shines because of the amazing staff and was excellent for restaurants, with easy access to Bayside Market Place via a short cab ride or the free Metromover service close by.
